Privacy Policy

How McCauley Technologies, LLC handles information submitted through this website and used in business communications.

Effective September 15, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form or business communications. This may include your name, work email, company, phone number, facility city or region, selected service or use case, workflow details or other message content, and your SMS consent status when you choose to opt in.

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device details, request metadata, and security events, as needed to deliver and protect the website.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate service fit.
  • Schedule conversations, site visits, and project work.
  • Deliver requested RFID inventory and related services.
  • Communicate with customers and maintain business records.
  • Prevent abuse, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use this website for behavioral advertising or profiling.

3. Service Providers

Information may be processed by service providers as necessary for the relevant service, including Cloudflare for website hosting, network delivery, and security; Web3Forms for contact-form processing; Microsoft 365 for business email and communications; and Telnyx, telecommunications carriers, and messaging providers when SMS communications are used.

These providers process information on our behalf or as needed to deliver their services. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared for purposes unrelated to providing the SMS program. We may provide personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, to service providers necessary to operate the messaging service, such as Telnyx, telecommunications carriers, platform providers, and vendors that assist with text-message delivery. Those disclosures are solely for operating the messaging service.

Any broader sharing described in this policy excludes SMS originator opt-in data and consent except as required to operate the messaging service or comply with law.

5. SMS Choices

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies based on the customer interaction and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact sales@mccauleytechnologies.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for customer and business communications, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention may vary based on the nature of the information and the business relationship.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

McCauley Technologies provides business and industrial services. This website is not directed to children.
